Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Tetonapa. By booking any of our tours or services, you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings & Payments

A deposit of 30% is required at booking. Full payment is due 60 days before departure. For bookings within 60 days, full payment is due immediately.

3. Cancellation Policy

• 60+ days before: loss of deposit (30%)
• 30-59 days before: 50% refund
• 15-29 days before: 25% refund
• 0-14 days before: no refund

4. Changes by Tetonapa

We may alter itineraries due to weather or safety. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical, and evacuation.

6. Liability

Tetonapa is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage except as required by Norwegian law.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes will be handled in Oslo courts.
